USAGE
Can be used daily. Define Curls: Use fingers to apply to sections of hair. Distribute onto and through hair sections to shape and form curls. The smaller the sections, the more curl definition. Can also be used to slick hair into an up-do and to shape hair around the edges (baby hair).
