To ensure that your product is in the best condition possible, we take extra steps before packing your shipment.
1. We check that the product has a seal.
2. We check if any inside goods are damaged in anyway.
3. With your consent, we can plug in any electronics before shipping, to ensure it is working functionally.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products that have been damaged or used by the customer cannot be returned.
Products including accessories, wigs, clip-on hair extensions, cosmetics, Pandora "effort free" extension, and electronics (clipper, shaver, dryer, straightener and etc) cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any returns made after 15 days of purchase will not be received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account first.
Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We exchange hair products and weaves if they are in their original condition and with a proof of purchase. If you are approved for an exchange, you can exchange your product for an equal amount of your purchase or receive store credit. For any electronics that do not function (no power, within 3 days of arrival), please send us an email before you send the merchandise and we will issue a replacement.

You will be responsible for payment of your own shipping costs for your returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
