Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, Menthol, External D&C Scarlet Red, and more.

USAGE
Check scalp if cuts or abrasions are present. Postpone permanent until condition clears up. Part hair in four sections, down the center of the head from forehead to nape of neck and across from ear to ear. Apply Pre-Cream thoroughly to scalp, hairline, forehead, ears, and nape of neck. Comb excess out.
