Used to harden the hair and locks it into the curl pattern. Contains no peroxide and does not discolor the hair.

INGREDIENTS
Water, Sodium Bromate, Angelica Archangelica Root Extract, Arctium Lappa Root Extract, Matricaria Extract, Mistletoe Extract, Nettle Extract, Oatmeal Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract and more.

USAGE
After desired curl pattern has been achieved and you've towel blotted each rod to remove excess moisture, completely saturate each rod with Hawaiian Silky Neutralizing Solution for 15 minutes. Remove rods and rinse hair with tepid water.
